Shipping policy

PRINTS are dispatched from the U.K in 2-4 labor days and are processed the day after ordering.

I suggest you to choose the Track and Signed option for Delivery at checkout, except for Australia.

-Delivery times are the following:

U.K: 1 to 2 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
Rest of the world: 6-10 working days
*Sometimes orders may suffer delays at delivery, please contact me if you don't receive your prints in 20 working days since dispatched.


MUGS are shipped from the UK/Netherlands/USA with a tracking number.
-Delivery times are: 1-2 weeks once it’s dispatched.

CALENDARS are dispatched from Spain.

-Delivery times are the following:

Spain: 2-4 working days.
Europe: 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world: 7-10 working days.

If you don’t receive your Calendars in the next two weeks after dispatched please contact me.

 

NOTE: If the parcel arrives while you are out and you fail to collect it or rearrange redelivery with your postal depot it will eventually be returned to the UK and we will unfortunately have to charge the shipping fee again to resend it.

Some countries charge additional taxes or fees for imports from the UK. This includes all of Europe (from July 1st 21) because of Brexit. The customer is responsible for paying any additional import costs upon arrival.

We cannot refund or exchange any items once they have been shipped.
